$10.25 million renovation and expansion of the 1910 Clubhouse, including the construction of new locker rooms, bars, lounges and dining facilities, new conference/meeting rooms, and expanded administrative offices. Construction of new commercial kitchen and substantially-expanded mechanical, electrical and life/safety systems throughout the Clubhouse.
Complete renovation of Cabana and pool dining facilities, construction of a terraced tennis viewing area, and extensive landscaping at Clubhouse, pool and tennis areas, and installation of brick paths and walkways.
Construction of a separate 8,400 sq. ft. Golf Learning Center encompassing new Pro Shop, practice/warm-up area, rolling bag storage facility, and lower-level golf cart storage.
